Most “Kommo is down” searches are not an actual outage. If the status above is green, the problem is local. Here are the 6 usual culprits — and the fix.
A stale session is the #1 cause. Hard-refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R), or open kommo.com in a private window. If it works there — clear cache for the site.
Ad-blockers, privacy and VPN extensions break CRM widgets and chats. Disable them for kommo.com or test in incognito with extensions off.
A corporate firewall, VPN or ISP can block Kommo. Try mobile data or another network — if it loads, the block is on your connection.
If messages, telephony or automations stopped but the interface loads, an OAuth token expired or an integration fell off — the app itself is up. The most common “not really down” case.
“Can’t see the pipeline / access denied” is usually a rights change by an admin, not an outage. Check the user’s role.
A single-region CDN hiccup can hit you while others are fine. The per-component grid above and official incidents tell you which.

Is Kommo down right now?
The live status at the top is our own probe of Kommo's real hosts (platform, account, chats/webhooks, auth, channels) from the Cloudflare edge, refreshed every few minutes. Green = the platform responded normally.
Why can I not open Kommo if it says operational?
Then it's almost certainly local — cache, an extension, a network block, or an expired integration token. Work through the 6 causes above.
My messages / webhooks stopped but the app loads.
